John Collins FRICS FRTPI
John has over forty years of professional experience in both public and private sectors. He is also a Chartered Town Planner, having had development control experience with a local planning authority in London and earlier employment in the District Surveying Service. John has worked in the American property market and has lectured to graduate students at the South Bank Polytechnic and the University of Illinois.
John Barkham BSc FRICS
John joined the Practice in 1982, becoming a partner in 1986. He has broad experience of building surveying and is currently involved in project management and contract administration. He oversaw the introduction of our "AutoCAD" Computer Aided Design and Drafting facility. John specialises in residential new build and conversion projects for our developer clients and is expert in planning matters generally.

Derek Abbott AADip ARIBA DipTP(Lond) MRTPI
Derek is a Consultant Architect and Town Planner. He has a wealth of experience in various local government authorities. Until recently, Derek was the Chief Conservation Officer with North Devon County Council, responsible for the implementation of County conservation policies. Derek is an author, lecturer and a leading authority on hill housing.
Maurice Cox MA MSc MICE
Maurice is a Consultant Structural Engineer with over 30 years of practical experience of construction and civil engineering for major national retailers, development companies and domestic house-builders. Maurice is an integral part of our team involved in structural defect analysis and repair.
Marek Glowinski BSc CEng MIStructE MConsE
Our second Consultant Structure Engineer, Marek has an extensive range of expertise and project experience over 25 years in the construction industry. Marek is a specialist in the field of timber engineering.
John Parker PhD DipArch DipTP ARIBA FRTPI FRSA
John is a Consultant Architect and Town Planner. He is formerly Head of the Central Area Team at the Greater London Council and Head of Urban Design at the London Borough of Lambeth, John also served the Department of the Environment as a Senior Planning Inspector. He specialises in urban development, environmental planning and pedestrian schemes. John is an author and lecturer on urban design issues and planning for security. He has consultancy experience throughout Europe, as well as in Russia and China.
Terry Williams FRICS
Terry is a Consultant Chartered Surveyor with over 35 years of practical experience in surveying, both in the public and private sectors. He concentrates on producing Building Survey reports and Valuations for residential property of all types. Terry is also a party wall surveyor and has considerable experience as an expert witness in building litigation.
Kevin Wright BSc MSc IEng AMIStructE FICE FRICS
Kevin is a Consultant Chartered Project Management Surveyor with extensive experience both as a Chartered Building Surveyor and as a Structural Engineer. He was formerly Head of Building Surveying for Ladbroke Group Properties and one time Senior Project Manager for Prudential Portfolio Managers. He has worked extensively in Europe and Australia. Recently, Kevin has renovated several period Central London houses in Conservation Areas.
